Do they do it at their own facilities or rent space in strip malls? Lots of commercial space available almost everywhere.
I've been water-boarded a number of times. It does wonders for the skin. I looked ten years younger.
I find that my notes get sloppy.
They have at least on "wet" room in all their facilities.
